Karens Cry Murder At New Gerber Baby

Conservative moms around the United States are attacking baby food and product company Gerber. The crime? The new Gerber baby is 5-month-old Ali Farran. And she is a Muslim.

The New York Times writes on the history of the contest.

Over the last decade, the number of entries has also varied widely from 110,000 in 2017 to 544,000 in 2019. The winners have reflected the experiences of children from around the country including an adoptee, a child with Down syndrome and a “miracle baby” born to a mother unsure of how her cancer treatment would impact her ability to conceive.

The prize money has ranged from $25,000 to $50,000 and the two most recent winners have also been named the “Chief Growing Officer,” a job that appears to require showing off Gerber foods on social media.

FOX News personality Tucker Carlson reported the story and called Ali winning the contest to be the new Gerber baby an example of "woke values gone crazy." He further questioned the patriotism of Gerber CEO Andrew Canard.

Mr. Canard issued a terse statement declaring he and his company represent American values.

Gerber was founded in 1927 in Fremont, Michigan. While many US companies that support Mr. Carlson have left our nation, we at Gerber are proudly centered in Arlington, Virginia.

The United States is an inclusive nation. Our babies reflect that diversity. We will not be bullied by those preaching hate.

It didn't matter how rational the CEO's words were, however. Angry conservative moms, grandmothers, aunties, and other busybodies are vowing to boycott the company.

But the agitated Karens aren't stopping at simply boycotting baby food, bottles, and other products. One group destroyed them in what many are calling a baby burning.

Just two days ago Karen King led a group of roughly 30 locals and burned items in the middle of their cul-de-sac in Raleigh, North Carolina. Those present say it took quite a long time to light the baby food on fire. Ms. King's husband had to dowse the pile liberally with gasoline.

Police and the fire department arrived. Ms. King wasn't arrested but was warned not to set another bonfire in the cul-de-sac without making out the proper paperwork beforehand.
